The location of this property was perfect for our trip. We were able to walk to Old Trafford, The Quays and also into the city. Instructions to get the key from lockbox were good, but we had so much trouble with locking the door to the apartment. Good to have an apartment for 4 people to stay together, although it was smaller than it looks in photos.

The apartment was filthy, unsure if there was even a clean in between guests. The property manager has let themselves down as it could have been a great stay. The bathroom was moldy, had hair on the floor, towel rails hanging off the wall, and a wet towel left in bathroom. Cutlery had been put back in the drawers unclean, previous guests' had left rubbish.... altogether a very disappointing start to the trip. Puts you off these types of listings for sure.

Staff professional, courteous, efficient, friendly. Large comfortable clean room with garden view. Delicious food, good array for breakfast, and excellent croissants. Short walk to beach, cafes, bus stop, etc. Great area for exploring.

The location was great. Easy walk to Marble Arch and Edgeware Rd stations. The apartment was well set up and the outside enclosed garden area was delightful.

The kitchen had a great stove and oven but the small fridge did not have a freezer, so no ice and no storage for frozen food. The main shower head did not work so we needed to use the small hand held unit to shower each day. But these were minor issues compared to the excellent quality of the flat overall.

We booked it because we had a jacuzzi in the room. We did not expect to much due to the 3 stars but still a minimum level of cleanliness was expected.

First of all, location. It is so noisy due to the fact the windows do face a very active traffic road. Second if the mattress that we slept on, was all pissed and did smell awful. On one side of the bed was lowered due to a timber cracks in the bed structure. We reported and they send a handy man that did not even know how to use a drill gun. The repair was done in a very past pace with a very bed quality. The jacuzzi was not clean and the pressure jet on the side have not been cleaned in some time. When we did start the jets a very dirty and very smelly water came thru, we felt sick about it. The to channels are very poor in case you decide to watch a movie late at night. I had my own Apple TV box and when connected to the to I manage to see that the frame in which the to was sitting was on the wall that had so many holes . The shower cabinet was not cleaned properly as you can see the dirt between the wall and shower cabinet. The celling was full of crack and a good repair was needed. Acces to the property was with digital codes , stressful to access all the time. This is not a hotel...just some rooms that not deserve more than 2 stars and the price was well above to what they deserve. I will not recommend this in any way...as for the price we pay you can find a 4 star hotel nearby that is an out of the world difference. I think the Booking should evaluate the stars conditions for this property. When we asked for a partial refund due to the all the troubles and disappointment the owner start to behave very agressive and start to threaten aswell. So overall I would not even give a star...but a 0 on everything.
