  Room 3. Lovely big and clean room. Comfy bed. Fan in room. Large bathroom with really powerful shower. Nice decor. Self check-in with good communication and instructions from owners. Free parking. Breakfast is by arrangement with a couple of local cafes, we went to Rendezvous which was great.

  I’ve stayed here many times. Staff are always helpful, friendly and accommodating. I was lucky to have one of the small dorms to myself and enjoy the space and get proper sleep after the weekend race event volunteering.

  Service was friendly, I like places like this. I try to stay away from the national chains... breakfast was good.

  Wanted a quiet room with a double bed. Got a room close to the kitchen extractor which kept me awake and it wasn't a double it was 2 single beds pushed together which was uncomfortable. The wifi was intermittent at best and to be told the incorrect time for breakfast.... disappointed.
