My stay at alma was the most pleasant and enjoyable and relaxing holiday, Tracy and Richard both are very friendly, welcoming and lovely, i loved every minute of our stay, the BnB is located in a very lovely area beautiful views, my bedroom and rest of the facilities were absolutely clean 5*, Tracy went for and beyond with her welcoming, providing snacks essentials in bedrooms, bathroom, i did not want to leave, it felt like home, comfortable and very much like the stay there, i would highly recommend a visit at this beautiful place ❤️ tracy your amazing, 5* for everything ❤️

The room was charming and cozy. The location was wonderful, just in front of the sea and close to nice restaurant and the main street. Before my arrival, the host was super friendly and was available to add one pillow to the room because I had some neck problem those days, and to send me some taxi numbers to book in advance for the last day. Checking in and checking out was easy to do.

The room's heating system was insufficient. The centralized system would turn off every two hours at most, and the other small heater was insufficient to warm up the room. When we arrived late evening, the temperature was only 14 degrees Celsius. The exact temperature persisted throughout the night unless we set an alarm to wake up and switch the heating system back on. My friend had caught a cold, and the situation was really unhealthy for her. On the second day, I contacted the host to request a second blanket due to the issue with the room temperature but received no response.

Made us feel very welcome. The room was wonderful, light, bright, and clean. Even had a dog bowl and blanket laid on for our dog. Breakfast was very, very good. There are lots of options and good value for money. Staff in the restaurant were wonderful, making both of us and our dog very comfortable.

Great location with wonderful views. However, the building is a tad tired and in need of some tlc. Staff were lovely and very welcoming and the breakfast was amazing. Overall, a good one night stay.

The ensuite bathroom was on a different floor up some quite steep stairs, no good for anyone with disabilities but this was not stated when booking.

Location was brilliant, very handy for tubes and trains. Check in was very easy and the security guy was great to deal with. Very clean apartment. We will definitely stay again

comfy bedroom . had a view. warm room all the time, quiet. possibility to eat dinner if one wishes. wifi available everywhere.

hot meal breakfast all were fried e.g no hard boiled eggs. always same hot breakfast fare in a week. cold breakfast. not a variety of fruit selection.

It was spacious - biggest bedroom I’ve slept in the UK. It was neat as well.
