This holiday stay was booked for us by our daughter in law Jennifer. Mick the owner was very friendly and helpful and could not do enough for us. The B&B is situated in a peaceful glen with plenty of country walks. It is idea for a fishing break as there is a river below the property and a reservoir near by. The continental breakfast was exceptional with everything you would need, with most of the products locally sourced. The apartment had under floor heating pans was spotless. Everything from the moment the door opened. Warm, welcoming Hosts. Very polite friendly, informative and helpful. Charming bed and breakfast leaving me feeling relaxed after 2 days of running. The van was very clean beds and settee very comfortable. It's quite old fashioned but we knew that from the pics, but cosy we enjoyed our stay. Both settees very comfortable. The site itself is very friendly from the reception to the bar area . A good dog walk. Dogs are very welcome. The van backs onto fields quite relaxing

Didnt like the carpets in the bathroom and toilets needs a wipe clean floor. The gas was off when we got there and took a while to get the heating on but my hubby worked through the instructions and no problems.. Once on the heating was very good.

Our room was quiet, comfortable and spotless. The restaurant had a good selection of good quality food and the cooked breakfast was first class. Staff were welcoming and friendly. Stephanie greeted us at reception was very attentive and looked after us through the evening.

Location was excellent for us. Balconies front and back made a very nice early morning sit outside, with views to the beech and peaks. Very close to the Harbour Hotel which is very friendly with great classic pub grub.

It is a home from home. I love staying there. Clean, comfortable. quirky and friendly and convenient for the railway station, buses and shops and with sea views.

Room faced a window of another room. Had to close thw blinds for privacy. No view. Room was cold, Toilet was dated, shower was too hot and water pressure wasn't great.

Live music was a bit disturbing, but finished by 11.30pm. Breakfast was available too late for us, but we were able to breakfast at the cafe two doors down.
