The communication with Monica was impeccable. She is very responsive and clear. The first day the electricity was gone for most of the day, but Monica called an electrician that fixed it, no problem after that. So, yes, very responsive. The facilities are good. Nice shower and clean kitchen with everything you need. Room clean.

The house has multiple rooms rented. I was in the number 4 so I can only speak for that one. NOISE: there is no acoustic insulation whatsoever. a big road, visible from the window, will not let you sleep, and when your room's neighbours speak or turn the tv on, you can hear everything! Also: saturday night was a noisy disaster with loud boys. If you want to stay here prepare the earplugs!! INTERNET: The internet reception in the room is very very low and I ended up using the hotspot all the time. PRIVACY: there are two indoor security cameras, one that checks who enter and one on the first floor. The second one points to the door of number 4. The landlord has remote access to them and they can see your movements. I feel it creepy, not secure. Not feeling comfortable in working in the house with those. ACCESS to the ROOM: every door is self closing and they make a slamming noise every time. The owner added a description asking to pay attention and be kind but nobody does it, so I would suggest to remove that mechanism.

The apartment was great, suitable for a company of 7-8 people with a wonderful living room, equipped with everything you need. The place was clean and the host very accommodating. The underground is 10 minutes walk, the area has many shops and restaurants. Highly recommended!

The reception staff were very helpful in what for me was a very difficult and stressful situation. I booked for 1 night and ended up staying 7 (adding one day at a time) and the staff were very good at dealing with all the daily check in's that I had to do.

The shower. The screen could have been a bit longer (poss add a swing bit if not a proper door) as if you didnt have the shower head in exactly the right place you ended up with a flood in the bathroom.

Great house, very clean and comfortable. Fantastic location. Close to everything can walk into Cowes and bus stop a couple of minutes away takes you to Newport. Great set up, coffee machine and air fryer. Outside area a lovely sun trap.
