We booked quite last minute but it was really smooth and easy. The staff were very welcoming and even though we arrived early allowed us to check in and leave our bags as our room was ready, they also held our bags the following day as we had a bike tour. The booked the family room which was lovely and comfortable and perfect for our family of four.

It was a 10-15min walk from the main town centre but not inconvenient enough for us to not book again and in fact if we are in Inverness again we'd book here first.

Last minute booking on the cheap so limited options, however it did just the job for 2 nights for our small family. Shower was nice and powerful. Nice quiet location - secure parking Staff on entrance caravan very friendly Nice walk along seafront to main beach - although perhaps not suitable for older people.

Could have been cleaned a bit more thoroughly - lots of debris down sofa and toast crumbs on work surface. Phone signal awful at this end of beach - had to pop to tesco to use wifi

Spotlessly clean, spacious, comfortable and well equipped apartment. Short walk to Poole Quay or town centre. Can recommend highly.

Zero value for money not even milk for tea and coffee. The back yard is crap with dirty plastic seats. You can tell once upon a time this was a nice place to stay however when you see signs if you leave dishes in the drying rack beside the sink you will be charged. Already being overcharged for the facilities if it wasn't for the location I'd be wanting a refund

There is ongoing building work happening extensively around the property and I wasn't informed of this at any point. I was moved from a room that overlooked a main part of a construction site, into an upgraded room. However there was a strong smell of sewerage in the bathroom that made me feel sick and nauseated. Furthermore the WIFI kept dropping out, and there was still a lot of noise from the building site.
