  Check in & check out was very well organised & smooth, staff are extremely friendly & cooperative. Whole guest house is clean & tidy. They have all the appropriate facilities including complimentary tea, breakfast bars etc. in the room. Parking & WiFi are free. They got us a fan & iron on request too!

  It’s not a criticism but just to be aware that room size is small and double bed in our room was also small. There is no lift and you need to be fit & healthy to carry your luggage to second floor rooms through classic winding stairs.

  Clean and comfortable room, which was much bigger than expected. Dog friendly, at no extra charge and great food in the bar downstairs. Staff were friendly, helpful, and accommodating. Great location close to the beach and with a handy shop just across the road for any essentials.
