A fantastic apartment, in a great location. (5 star)!! The apartment was like a show home, everything was immaculate, beds were really comfortable, bathroom and en suite were clean and modern, open plan living and dining room was beautiful. Secure building and lifts, with card access only. Hosts were helpful from checking in to checking out. When we next book, a weekend away for Manchester, this will be our No 1 choice!

Fantastic stay close to the centre of Belfast with car park. Our double room was basic but clean and comfy, the staff were excellent, the Causeway cafe did a great breakfast and the charge was only £40 for us both.

Extremely dirty apartment. After complaining about it when I arrived, I received a ‘sorry’ response. I spent over an hour cleaning the place, especially the bathroom. My deposit was reduced because I allegedly spoilt the sink plug which is completely untrue. Out of the deposit of £200, I only received £90 back. They charged £70 for cleaning meanwhile the place was filthy. No cleaning refund. My guess is this place is just up for some unprofessional people to make some quick cash. Very rude and unrefined people. If I were you, I would certainly avoid this location or I would not be providing any deposit in advance. Sofa bed/couch was uncomfortable and the bed was also uncomfortable. The kitchen bin lid was broken, dirty and smelly. The fridge was not properly cleaned. Dirty place, unprofessional staff and deposit thieves. The owner blocked me and after sending a message to them with another number, they then decided to unblock me and send me back £90/£200 of my deposit. Stay clear from this place!
