Very clean and tidy boutique hotel at a very reasonable price. The single room was compact but contained all the amenities I expected. Very quiet location - great for a good night's sleep!

Breakfast is not included and at the start of the week (I stayed Monday and Tuesday night) the restaurant was not open.

This was not a good stay for me. My flight got in at 01:40am, no easy way of walking from the terminal to Hotel. I ended up walking my suitcase around the roundabout!

I believe your hours of breakfast were unreasonable for anyone using the hotel after a late arriving flight. I got into my bed at 3am, but was expected to take my breakfast between 4am and 9:30am! Also why was I given a room furthest away from lift, 5th floor 546!

The craven was lovely and the little extras made a huge difference! Location was good - right on seafront and close to Herne bay and Whitstable.

Great for families. Pool is great great, kids disco was perfect for little ones and all the restaurants are great and reasonable.

The rooms were clean and a good size family room. However bed was so hard could do with mattress topper. Also pool is great but didn’t seem the cleanest.

Disappointed not to be able to use the roof terrace bar. Their were customers outside & seats ( although I was told otherwise) Winds picking up was the reason I was not allowed out.

Just a few little niggles. Not enough comfortable seating. Only 3 seats and we had 4 adults. One bed was memory foam. That is a personal preference

4 of us spent 20 minutes trying to fill in details for the Ringo parking app. We arrived at 4:30 and paid £8 for 24 hours BUT it only gives you to 1pm!
