We went to Dudley specifically for the Zoo, Black Country Living Museaum and the Dudley Canal Trust and this is perfectly positioned for all of these. All within 10 minutes or less walking distance and the Zoo is closest, just across the road. Quite reasonably priced too.

Caravan was beautiful and clean huge decking area with hot tub and seating great location. Owner of the caravan was great. Helped with all the questions we had and provided us with plenty of information about what there was to do around there.

The entertainment and activities at the actual park was disappointing (nothing was really open or was fully booked) but that was the only complaint this had nothing to do with the caravan or owner

Fantastic location. Close to several tube stations and only a few minutes wait for taxis or Uber if you needed a car. Also walkable to major sights and surrounded by fabulous restaurants and pubs and parks.

Bathroom door jammed and so sensor light was on at night. This was clearly not a new problem. Staff: Quick response by staff to notification of the above door problem, but maintenance staff were sent 1. without prior arrangement and in our absence and 2. later with notice but without seeking permission for a 6pm visit on our last night. I attempted to cancel this visit by email but the tradesperson turned up anyway as we were leaving for dinner and spoke NO English. Staff unreachable by phone. Minor kitchen problems: no dish cloth or dishwashing liquid; no complementary pods for the coffee machine so I did not know that it wasn't a standard Nespresso type and bought the wrong pods (and no instruction manual either).

Actual double beds in the rooms rather than two singles pushed together as beds would pull apart, however this is a very, very small niggle as everything else was fantastic.
