Exceptionally clean. Great use of facilities,lovely kitchen,dining room and garden. Plentiful free secure parking right outside in a little private close. Matthew the host is a very nice friendly chap, but leaves you alone to do your thing. My partner left his laptop, and Matthew immediately rang to inform us, then left it safe to pick up. Instructions for entry are clear and precise. All in all a perfect little pit stop to explore the area. We will definitely return( and I never stay ANYWHERE twice)

Shared Bathroom. Although not a problem for us at all, it may be if the place was full occupancy. However,If you're normally used to hostels and backpacking, then this is 5 star!!

The basement is not a problem at all if you can handle it. Although the apartment is older, it shows some wear and tear, but it is fantastically equipped, the owner has thought of everything. There are also games and books there. Coffee, cosmetics, absolutely everything. Perfect location of course.

There are other apartments in the building and I have to admit, I didn't have a good feeling when someone knocked on my room at night...but the owner Ruth was immediately ready to solve the matter, thank you

Room was very clean. Location was fantastic for Westfields shopping. The hotel was quirky and there was a photobooth in the lobby which was a nice added touch. Staff were friendly and helpful, the check in and check out process was quick.

The shower wasn't good, the shower head didn't stay in place so it was difficult to shower without getting your hair wet!

I booked it in a hurry and didn't really check the facilities. Staff seemed nice. No parking, not even on the street. I damaged my car getting it into the one spot. The room was tiny, not like the photos and overlooked by houses at the back, and very basic and very hot. Noise transference from next doors bathroom was awful as as a light sleeper, it was no good for me. I'm afraid I didn't stay more than a few minutes and found myself a more suitable Hotel locally.

Lounge was a little underfurnished. I.e small tv quite a distance from seating. It was a cold night and there was a lovely fireplace. It would have been nice to be able to light it or at least have something in the fireplace that made it feel a bit more homely. Curtains didn't fit the front door or windows
