Everything was amazing! The breakfast was delicious and filling - we didn’t need a full lunch. 😀😀 Our hostess was so lovely and ensured we had what we wanted and needed. An absolutely perfect B&B that I will recommend to anyone looking for a place. I will definitely return!!

CLEAN. A little small, but I didn't mind, because you had everything you needed at this place and it was clean! Very close to Dover ferry, 10 min. by car.

A lot of noise from the outside, also with the window closed, from the street, loud music at Pub nearby and people partying... Which they should be doing, but I was very tired and wanted an early night. Not possible.. But everything else was very good.

Location was great. Restaurant was good and the staff are excellent. The accessible room (when we got it) was also good.

We booked (and confirmed) an accessible room but there was not one available for us when we arrived. We had to change to an accessible room next day, but the first night was ruined, and we spent half the next day waiting to be moved to the new room. Compensation was not offered until we asked for it. Free breakfast was subsequently provided.

Room was good, Bed was very comfy, aircon in room was very good. Restaurant and bar areas were nice.

Staff member that greeted me was very dismissive after saying, oh you paid via booking.com, didn't ask for my car details or offer me a cookie (a later member of staff rectified this all for me, but only because I overheard them asking details from another visitor). It's only a little thing, but not something you expect for the price you pay to stay.

The towels were well past their sell by date. Not dirty but thin and grey from washing process. Similarly the duvet cover exhibited the same off white/grey colour when assume they started out white. Food well cooked but tended towards swimming in the cooking oil
