Fantastic location, takes less than 2 minutes to walk from tower hill station. My room was on the first floor and the window looked out towards the tower of london, view was blocked a bit by the trees outside but I honestly didn’t mind as its nice to have some greenery outside your room! Price was actually very good compared to other areas of london i’ve stayed in. The staff at reception were all very friendly and helpful, and the room service team were also really friendly. Room service was delicious and very prompt service. Room was much larger than expected too. Overall very comfortable and luxurious stay and very much looking forward to booking another stay!

Only small complaint was due to the location being busy all day long, it was a little noisy even late at night. I’m not much of a light sleeper so didn’t really bother but but a little more soundproofing could have drowned out a lot of the traffic noise going by.

The Irish that's my biggest impression. Indeed a Blessing to stay and to be picked up daily by two guys I had only just met Since the beginning of the weekend. The Antrim scenery plus coast especially Murlough Bay will remain with me for the rest of my memory inspired days. Plus the very warm people I spoke to at the Gracehill Community.

Going Solo was only a tad difficult. Walking up the lanes once or twice after a long day already on my feet is just a little tiring. that I only stayed 4 nights especially when the weather was so sunny and pleasant not enough time to see some more must go places in N.I.

Nice selection of hospitality items - eggs, milk, olive oil, prosecco etc. Immaculately clean. A really authentic (not-touristy) beautiful street and location. Everything you might want was there.

Clearer instructions on the heating

Good place to stay for a layover, comfy bedrooms. The Hotel is a bit lightly insulated, you could hear the neighbours showering, but they were silent at night. Pool, sauna were good.

Not a lot of things to do or see in the immediate surroundings.

Vic went the extra mile to try to arrange alternative accommodation when the boiler broke - we really appreciated all that he did
