The property is in a great location about 15 min walk from Manchester station and even closer to Coop Arena and Man City ground The whole house is really comfortable and well kitted out, 3 good size bedrooms (sleep 4 or 5) plus a really spacious sitting room and kitchen- absolutely everything you need Everything was clean tidy and in great working order Communication with the owner was excellent, really friendly and helpful- would certainly use again

It is a little bit out the way for local shops and pubs but, if your primary purpose is the football or the music arena it’s perfect

For a one night quick stop this was perfect for us. My husband is 6ft 4 and we slept well in the pull down bed. Clean and it had everything we needed. We were only staying one night as cycled the Southdowns Way and thankfully the pub next door did great food.

Might I suggest that guests staying could perhaps have breakfast at the pub? Maybe some sort of negotiation with them? We had no food with us and the pub wouldn’t allow us to have breakfast (we would have paid) and had to cycle up to the golf club, which did serve a fab bacon buttie and proper coffee.

Great location in terms of train stations. Good communication around access instructions. Kitchen had everything we needed. Main beds were very comfortable and all bedding and towels were clean.

The flat and the communal areas were very grubby and neglected. Random furniture and not particularly comfortable for sitting around. Third bed in the sitting room could do with replacing. Shower over the bath with no screen so hard to not flood the bathroom.

I liked that you needed your key card to get to your room, the breakfast was lovey with lots of options, and how clean it was.

Not a great deal to like about this place, from the outside your greeted with a handrail that if you needed to use for assistance it would fall off the wall (it’s dangerous and needs to be fixed), the receptionist was a little frosty, the lift sounds and feels like it’s going to break at any moment, the room was some what to be desired too. Mine 307, had a certain way too small for the window, a desk fan bolted to the wall for a knock of version of AC, two towels that you would best describe as flannels some suspicious looking stains on the floor, the toilet roll holder was falling off the wall and the smell of bleach was a little over powering! The bed was OK…. All in all I wouldn’t recommend or stay here again….

Communal areas and entrance were disgusting and unappealing, no curtains on windows only cheap blinds so if sleeping on sofa bed its completely light by 5am. Dirty sheets already on sofa bed. Inside the room all walls were heavily marked making room look grubby and with cost of room a lick of paint wouldn't go a miss. Videos available

They gave me the basement room. It was dirty, if not filthy. The electronic card that they gave me did not work like 10 times and when and the staff was almost bothered
