The staff were super friendly and welcoming; a lovely gentleman walked us over to the building where our room was. The room was so spacious and comfy. We were staying to break up a journey from Scotland and arrived late but still enjoyed relaxing whilst watching tv. Really nice rainfall shower and a lovely, quiet countryside area!

The property is lovely and is well equipped for families with toys and books for children, stair gates, high chair, bath seat for babies and so on. We didn’t need the baby items ourselves but we were really impressed how much the property offered. Our children loved our stay here.

Hotel in great location. Suites were spacious and clean. Sofa bed already made up for you. TV with decent channels and Netflix. Front desk staff efficient.

No air conditioning. Suite says sleeps 4, bed was decent size, however sofa bed would fit one person comfortably so 2 adults would be a bit of a squeeze. Double rooms and suites are in different buildings so some of our travelling party were separated.

No plug in bathroom and separate hot and cold water taps. Very annoying. Also both mornings asked for hard cooked eggs and didn't get them!! I.e. they came soft!! Rooms rather small. Not sure worth that kind of price so not excellent value for money.

Frustrating that the toaster only warmed the bread on one side didn’t toast the bread customer service varied some staff were very good however When I asked for 4 coffees the response I received from one person was a roll of the eyes and said “oh blimey” as if it was an inconvenience. one of our rooms didn’t have a mirror which isn’t great when you're getting ready to go to a wedding

Although there is a bus to the center it has limited hours. For example, in Sunday the first bus is at 10.00am nothing before that. And last bus at 22.48h So ww hae to take a uber
