The property is on the road to Cromer, convenient for a short walk to the town centre, Tesco and the High Street leading to the beach. ( There is also a newly refurbished quiet pub next door which provides excellent food and service. ) The front of the property is a convenience store, with the accommodation at the near. The pre-arrival contact was very good. On arrival our friendly host came out to direct us into a parking space as it is quite tight behind the building. The lady who served breakfast was very chatty and the choice of food was very good.

Parking space is quite restricted ( 4-5 spaces depending on the size of the cars ). Wi-Fi was erratic. The room was fairly small, looked a bit tired and basic. Decor could benefit from a bit of TLC. Comparing prices, we've had better accommodation elsewhere , but overall it was good enough for 1 night.

lovely, big house. We bumped into the cleaners on arrival and they were so warm and friendly. The host communicated well and got back to use very quickly. I would definitely stay here again

The bathroom lock did not work which is not ideal The living room was not hoovered sufficiently as we had a guest that is allergic to dust and this unfortunately affected them a little.

No breakfast, no one around to book me in or answer questions. The room was quite bleak. The chef wasn't available for a couple of days. The food was very expensive for what it was. Small portions, bland.
