We had a room upgrade which was very nice. Good room with super-comfortable bed. Large bathroom with L'Occitane products. Breakfast was included which was excellent quality. Friendly and helpful bar and reception staff.

The instructions we received about how to get to and access the property were excellent. The apartment had everything you might need. Even fresh milk in the fridge.

One or two items in the apartment appeared not to be working, i.e., the heated towel rail & extractor fan in the bathroom. Although we received instructions for arrival, we didn't get any about leaving, so we just left things as they were when we arrived & hoped that was right.

Very loud room facing busy intersection. Could not sleep first night and bought heavy duty earplugs for night 2 which helped somewhat. The waters supply in the bathroom did not work, and water was shut off all the time, no one seemed to care and to top it off we were offered a bucket of water to bring to the room instead of the hotel fixing the problem. Be aware, this small hotel is a pub with rooms on top of the pub, so be prepared for pub noise. Breakfast served starting at 0800 which was too late for our plans the first of two nights we stayed.
