  After booking I had a message from Evan and Charlie giving me information and a PDF about the property and location, such a nice and welcome touch. After a few messages back and forth, I received information about the parking and how and where to get the keys and passes. Arriving at the property was so easy and the cleanliness is next level. It was really like a home away from home. I will stay there again. Thank you both so much.

  Such a lovely place to stay, warm, cosy, very comfortable and done out beautifully. The host was very helpful from start to finish, nothing was a problem and we would definitely stay there again if we were ever to go back to Newcastle. A big thankyou!

  Very friendly staff. Bed was comfortable. Location in city centre is excellent. Breakfast team were friendly and cheerful. Breakfast choice was good. Great that we arrived early and the reception team were able to check us in. Much appreciated.

  Hotel was very convenient for a gig in the O2 Victoria warehouse and free parking was a big bonus. There were plenty of parking spaces available. It had all we needed for a night's stay though wouldn't have wanted to stay much longer.

  Hotel was very dated, could do with a massive refurb and plugs near the bed were an issue for one of the beds. It was good value though and for only one night was adequate.

  The hosts were expectionally responsive. The location was perfect for walks and beautiful scenery. The amenities were great and lovely loving space for socialising. Local shop and pubs within minutes walk.

  The garden could have been maintained better and the lock ups that were rented out could have been sectioned off better and more aesthetically pleasing. Some of the mattresses were uncomfortable.
