So welcoming, Alison went over and above our expectations to make sure we had everything we needed. No3 was warm and cosy… tastefully decorated with Art Deco/Art Nouveau touches. Alison clearly takes pride in her b&b and enjoys the many guests coming and going. Breakfast menu was extensive. Full English was cooked to perfection. We have stayed at many different b&b’s over the years but No3 and Alison top them all. It’s important to add that the bed and pillows were exceptionally comfortable, something that we have struggled with at previous establishments.

Very clean, spacious room considering the standard in London, refurbished and well maintained. Well connected to the main attractions and close to various metro stations. Very nice and quiet neighbourhood with many restaurants and coffee shops.

Definitely needs tlc. Our room was very disappointing for £105. No plug sockets near to the bed either side. Room wasn’t very clean at all and felt we didn’t want to relax in the bath as it was grubby. Damp and mould in bathroom. We arrived for a business meeting in Brighton and decided to stay the night to help find potential hotel stays for the future. Unfortunately we will be looking elsewhere. Receptionist wasn’t very welcoming and we were woke up the Saturday morning to a dance rehearsal or something going on next to our room in the “Gresham suite” so this was very annoying after a late Friday night. So unfortunately we will be looking elsewhere for our future stays in Brighton.

It was shared accommodation. It is obviously a one bed room flat and the owner has put a bed in the living room and let it out as two rooms . There was no indication that we would share the accommodation. There were no locks on the door . The people using the bedroom kept leaving the door to the apartment open. If I had seen “shared “ in the details I would not have taken the room . I am very disappointed that Booking. Com allows this listing without specifying that the accommodation is shared with strangers.
