I was taking part in an event at the nearby Hartpury University and this accommodation is perfect. The room was clean, tidy and a nice touch was a welcoming cake on arrival. Everything that was required for breakfast was within your room, which was great. Shower was fantastic. There are two local pubs in the area that do food and are very welcoming. Aileen was the perfect host from the moment I arrived, until the time I left.

Only thing I wasn't keen on was the gadget within the kettle for limescale. The smell from it wasn't to my liking but that's me just being a bit picky, as that's something we don't need in Scotland.

Mary greeted us and gave us all the information we needed including buses and local shops. There is a small Tesco downstairs for essentials. The secure parking was also a great bonus. The buses run close by and its about 25 minutes in to the centre of town. The apartment has everything we needed, was warm and comfortable.

Excellent staff comms and help in build-up, beds were very comfy, rooms a good size, taking the dog was excellent for us. Plus the location was fab.

The swimming pool and spa was a little disappointing. A little noisy outside but not too bad. We had to remind to check-in the car for the car park having paid.

Friendly, helpful staff. The room was clean, aircon worked and there was information in the room about the hotel, which was helpful

Room layout with the bathroom containing the only window was horrible making the room feel claustrophobic, definitely was glad I did not share the room with anyone else. The shower tray was blocked to the bathroom flooded. Tea making facilities had no decaf tea option.

There was only the one person doing everything, there was a group of 4 of us ,so booked the breakfast didn’t want a delay but only the one lady doing everything so waited awhile but was lovely breakfast and plenty of coffee tea etc

It wasn’t well maintained, it was dirty (skirting boards) bed was uncomfortable and small, mould in the shower and dirty fan , rusty radiators in bathroom and kitchen , dirty carpet ,damp smell unpin arrival
