Room a little tired, although very clean. Minor niggles; TV signal poor, my room had some unsightly damage to the door and frame. Hot water took a good while to arrive in bathroom, but was OK once there.

Very rude and disrespectful cleaner who also claimed to be a manager. They started banging on the door at 10 AM, insisting we leave. I requested a late checkout and offered to pay extra, as I had chest pain during the night and needed an additional hour to get ready. She refused, despite my offers to pay half a day's price or even a full day's price for an extra hour. She threatened to call the police unless we left within 20 minutes. As a result, my partner left immediately, and I left afterward. This incident caused a disagreement between us, leading to our breakup. I will not forget or forgive the hotel for this. I am going to raise this issue with the relevant certification body to challenge their fake 5-star rating. Additionally, I will take all necessary legal actions to demonstrate that their customer service and accommodations fall behind a 2-star rating, questioning how they maintain a 5-star rating. ---
