  Close to Heathrow Airport but didn't hear the planes (quiet so slept well). Clean, tidy & a big room. Onsite parking. Has an onsite restaurant but we didn't use it. Staff nice.

  Everything was so peaceful and beautiful, amazing to be able to wander the building and the grounds. Breakfast was lovely and I even managed to find a couple of books to bring home with me.

  - Upon my arrival I noticed that both drawer lockers under my bunk bed are broken. Just like another 5-6 in the room. I asked the staff whether I can use a locker under other bed, but I was refused and informed that they have been reported and they’re waiting for somebody to come over to fix them in the next couple of days (I was staying 1 night). I was offered locked group storage, however I noticed that key is given to anyone, so tens of people had access to my luggage which I feel uncomfortable with. You can tell they are delaying fixing it, there is no way 8 drawers broke at once. I was also refused a partial refund. - Squeaky beds, if you move, the bed moves with you. - My room looked like a female prison. Extremely dark too. - Poor organisation of kitchen area - super messy.
