      Original room 15 awful and very noisy. Moved to room 117 much better but sound proofing very bad. It was a bit like being in a paper bag. Cleanliness OK but skirting, radiators not wiped for a very long time. All staff I encountered excellent and do you proud. Am particularly grateful to Olga on reception who handled my request for room change. Was not made to feel I was a problem. Only ate at hotel once but it was very good. Would definitely go again.

      It was an absolutely beautiful B&B. Ruth was so lovely and made me feel very welcome. The atmosphere and the decoration was lovely and you have all the facilities that you need. Had a lovely breakfast and she has the most adorable cat that also made me very welcome 😂 Thank you to Ruth and her family for a lovely stay and I hope to stay there again in the future.

      If I'm being really pernickety it would be that the bathroom door was a little stiff to lock, but apart from that the whole stay was lovely.

      The staff were so friendly. Our room wasn't quite ready so we were offered free drinks which was perfect. The facilities were amazing, especially the pool and spa. We ordered room service which was amazing. The selection of food offered for breakfast was excellent.

      The online booking of food/meals was a nightmare. Did talk to Scott about it. Very confusing. As organiser it was difficult to choose just 2 choices for 9 ladies when other people could just walk into bar and order. The bar staff couldn't understand the system. Unable to actually speak to Scott over the year. Quite unapproachable. One lady was distressed the whole time because her door wouldn't lock. She should have been moved immediately the problem was pointed out but Scott was happy that a member of staff had looked at it.!!!!!! Two ladies were able to talk to each other through the walls upstairs above room 12 above the office. Lots to think about. Probably won't return again in a hurry. Lovely courses but buggies were very dirty.
