  Location is excellent, near both Paddington station and Lancaster Gate underground. This gives direct access to the central and bakerloo lines making it great as a base. The room was compact but very clean and neat with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Breakfast is pastries, toast, cereal and various types of eggs plus sundries. All of it was fresh and tasty. The scrambled eggs in particular were some of the nicest I've had. Finally the staff were very accommodating and friendly. I would happily stay here again.

  The room was very hot at night and I couldn't find any Aircon or climate control. Bring a portable fan, I'm thankful I did. There was a mini fridge in the room which I wasn't expecting but unfortunately it didn't work. This would have been a bonus for some cold water but everything else was perfect.

  The woman who booked us in was really lovely and friendly. We arrived quite late in the evening but she was more than happy to answer any questions we had. I really liked the little soaps and shower gels. It was a nice touch.

  The bathroom was a little musty smelling, but I think that's because there was no window in there. The room was fine and we slept great.

  Booked a stadium facing room with balcony for the night before a concert. Phenomenal views of the stage. Staff were fantastic and food in the main restaurant and breakfast were great too. Also came with free parking

  Because of the concert the parking was allocated at the football grounds, about 10 mins walk away, couldn’t be helped but would’ve been to have closer parking

  After checking out, we asked a staff whether they could storage the language for us for 6 hours. Because we planned to spend a few hours to cnowy. But he Refused. We had to find a Chinese restaurant to help us.
