Caravan was equipped with almost everything needed for guests arrival, very clean, ample space , probably the best caravan we have stayed in

No bedding for guest for pull out bed for the first night, no ownership of their mistake of not supplying bedding for amount of guest that was clearly stated on booking.com , apology was by way of short staff being Bank Holiday, not bringing bedding for that night and not arriving in the morning as stated by the owner , this was not acceptable as we wasted a perfectly good morning for the weather waiting in, when they did not arrive in the morning, I chased again and eventually was told they had a code to get in and not to wait in, clear Communication was not given the night before, I was also told when first complained when I was about make the bed up the first night and contacted the owner, if we wanted extra bedding we should have informed at time of booking, I did reply that this should have been provided for ample guest automatically on the booking as it was not extra bedding I was asking for but what should have been supplied in the first place, for this reason if the owner would have accepted that the actions was the fault of her or her cleaners not supplying the bedding in the first place and not causing me to have to chase her for an answer in a timely manner instead of two hours on the first evening around 10pm to reply to state that the bedding would be not arrive that evening and leaving guest with no bedding and just saying it would be delivered the next day ,I would not have had to write this negative review, this was not acceptable and inconvenienced us greatly, it is such a shame as the Caravan was perfect and we probably would have returned but for the reasons given above regarding the lack of bedding and timely communication I would not return or recommend to my family and friends

Petrol hedge trimmer at just gone 7.00 am wasn’t a welcome addition. This went on for some 25 mins before I had to leave my room due to the noise and constant revving.
