Very clean and comfortable. Great shower and super comfortable bed with lots of good pillows. Location is very central and super easy if travelling by train. Super quiet rooms with tea/coffee facilities and fast wifi.

As it’s that’s time of year it was a little chilly, so it would have been nice to have the heating on when we arrived. We managed to find how to turn it up as it was set to 5 degrees but it was too late to make any difference as it’s a big house to heat.

Having to pay £15 for 1 nights parking. Bed was uncomfortable and didn't even have a proper duvet. Toilet didn't flush. You can hear absolutely everything from the box room.

Our room was far too hot. The radiator was off but the exposed pipes were red hot and heated the room. Could not keep the windows open due to traffic noise and the fan did not cool the room adequately.
