Modern and safe accommodation in a great location in Manchester City centre, within 5 mins walk to Victoria station as well as numerous shops, restaurants and bars. 24 hr reception and apartments have kitchenette and free coffee and croissant are available for breakfast.

Rooms were good and comfortable, room cleaning and tidying were efficient and excellent. The food for dinner on the two nights we used it was excellent. the service was good and the dining room was pleasant to visit.

Booking system for meals was frustrating and no matter what time we booked we never had a window table. These seemed to be used by the same guests all the time and they were usually couples if they had paid for this then why say we will try try to give us as a foursome a window table. We had a problem with breakfast when we were forced to book at a time that was really too late and worse still the food was cold, particularly the beans eggs were all gone, replacement mushrooms were cold - very poor

The bed was uncomfortable. The sheets and pillow cases were stained. There was a long dark hair and several bits of debris in the bed. The side of the bed was ripped. The bottom of the shower screen door was dirty.

Property was not properly cleaned in the bathroom and kitchen, furniture was ripped, walls were marked and badly scuffed and the overall state of repair was poor. We have seen better student accommodations. When we complained and sent photo evidence it was dismissed as ‘oldness’
