We had a two night stay and found the hosts to be excellent communicators, going the extra mile with check in / check out times and private offsite (paid) parking. All instructions were very clear and we had a wonderful weekend in the cottage. Stunning location just a very short walk from the town with everything we needed including a welcome pack of bread, milk biscuits and cereals etc. provided. The property is well named and we would definitely return.

Nothing at all! Please be aware that Cartway is on a steep hill and it's not really possible to stop outside the property to drop your baggage etc.

Very quiet and peaceful. The restaurant was good and staff were very friendly. The weather was quite warm and they provided a desk fan which was appreciated.

Nothing. There was no cosy feeling to the caravan at all. No friendly atmosphere and very uninspiring. Only bright ceiling lights for example.

The caravan was the dirtiest I have ever experienced. The floor was covered in dirt and hair, this was especially bad in the shower area and toilet, and bedroom. And the horror continued when I wanted to use the toilet. Someone had already used it before me and didn't flush. There were human feces all over the toilet. It was dirty and discusting. It made me almost vomit. The whole place smelled like a dump.

Parking per night charged £7.5 though in website it says £5, but usually, hotels do not charge guests for parking. The room was incredible hot and window opens for 2 inches, no fresh air, I have spent restless night. There is a fan in a room, but not much help if the window does not open . Must be air conditioner at least in 3 level rooms , price charged for such room £160 is not adequate. The shower head was leaking waste of water. The breakfast menu is very poor. There were ingredients for full English, but not much of a variety for other choices, for example, porridge or pancakes . It's not worth it for money to pay only for the view.
