we had room 7 at the top of the home. It was bright and so very comfortable. We stayed a total of 5 nights, 2 added because we loved the area and loved Belfast and so enjoyed the property. We slept with the window open every night and woke to the birds singing and the freshness of the day, everyday. Donna, the owner, was super wonderful and welcoming. Our room was serviced every second day with fresh towels and tea supplies and bed made. (I made it but she made it perfectly ;) ) We did not take part in the breakfast offered. We were able to catch the bus into Belfast comfortably and efficiently.

We booked for one night as needed to stay near the hospital, and so pleased we did it was perfect, the breakfast was fantastic too, cooked to order not the typical buffet breakfasts most hotels do. We were so impressed we book for another night, however due to not being able to leave the hospital that night we didn’t arrive, when we phoned in the morning to let the staff know, they said we could still turn up for breakfast, but we were still unable to leave. Would highly recommend a stay here

Room was quite small and basic but perfectly OK. Thought the bathroom was too small and cramped, but apart from that everything was very good. Breakfast was excellent. Hosts were very friendly and helpful. Nice location.

We had excellent customer service, catering for all 15 of us with ease. Good choice of food on the menu for dinner and fair pricing. Breakfast had everything we required. Even the weather was kind. !!

The bathroom taps were wobbly and the flush on the toilet fell off, which we reported for both. Really needs upgraded but it suits us. We were however disappointed by the drug use within the building. The staff try their best but they are struggling to stamp it out. We appreciate this is difficult. There was one particular guest who seemed quite unstable and a member of your staff felt quite intimidated by him. Just really needs some strong management to sort this. The staff on duty were fabulous and could not be faulted. They are a credit to your company given the issues that they face daily.

Didn’t have much character in the entrance and bar. The reception staff weren’t very clued up about taxis or generally. It was my mother’s birthday and she didn’t receive any gift even though I had mentioned it on my booking and at the reception
