We weren't informed of where this place is located and got the actual address only when we arrived at night from 12000 km away. We had to rely on more expensive mode of transport to get there since we weren't able to better plan our journey. When we got there, it was cold, but it had no blankets or thermostat for heating.

Absolutely fantastic stay! The room we rented was exceptionally clean and comfortable. The private landlord provided excellent service, making our stay even more enjoyable. If we return to the area, we will definitely book the same accommodation again. Highly recommended!

The room I had was very spacious and well appointed. The breakfast was of a continental style and had many options and was very good. The location of the Pilgrims Hotel is very close to the main shopping area and near to the Marlowe Theatre and also the Cathedral.

The room that I had was at the end near to the main street where the cafes, bars and restaurants are located and could be a little bit noisy at night when they were emptying out.

Breakfast was very poor, little selection, poorly presented, not what we ordered, expensive. Staff were so laid back, unprofessional. Accommodation needs much repair - rotten window frames, paintwork, skirting etc

The most amazingly comfortable bed and pillows!! Never slept so well.. cleanest place Iv ever stayed just perfect for what we needed, doing work in a house just 2 minutes away.

The Staff and Food was good. The location is brilliant. A nice quiet area.

The shower was not great and dinner at the restaurant was spoilt with dog owners not keeping their dogs under control. The dog was even jumping up a member of the staff and they neber said anything to the dog owner! A great shame. The dog jump at me while I was eating. Not very nice!
