Positive section of review
No breakfast at the hotel. They own a restaurant in town where one gets a 10 discount. The room itself was very attractively decorated with unique lighting. The bed was very comfortable and impressive. Great shower with all the shampoo, conditioner, body wash included..there was also a very well appointed lounge with large tv and a second room with a large beer/wine cooler and mixers and appropriate beverage glasses. They even provided beach towels for the beach 5 minutes away.

The apartment was better than expected as it was beautifully situated in an area handy for the Albert Dock and also the Cathedral. It was quite and had a rooftop balcony where we could view the area. The internal facilities and fittings were exceptional and the locale was quiet and clean. I cannot think of anything that was not acceptable.

Very spacious for 6pax. Big rooms, nice bed. Have lots of clothes hanger. There’s hairdryers, washing machine, dryer. Kitchen has everything we need. The sofa at the living room super comfy. Very responsive host. Great location, very near to tube station. Can walk to Camden town.

Very nice hotel and friendly staff. Really enjoyed our 2 night stay. Good location about 5 miles from Oban, with great views from the hotel. Very good choice from the menu and good value for money.

Very expensive rate for what we got but it was the only hotel in the area. No plug next to one of our beds not a massive issue as there was one on the desk but it was quite far from the bed. Rooms aren't very sound proof. The room next door woke me up at 2am having a shower not a massive problem though.

Full of cockroaches and I lost my whole money and still have not been refunded . I am very disappointed and extremely angry. I want my full refund to be issued.
