I liked the proximity to Gatwick airport and Horley train station. Easy access to public transport. The staff were very helpful. I had a wonderful cooked breakfast that I really enjoyed. It was the first time anyone actually made my eggs exactly how I like them. Bless the chef ❤️. The environment was clean. Room and bathroom were clean, but could be better. Overall, it was a good stay

Nothing really. I loved it. Just a recommendation though. I think a bottle of water in the rooms will be a brilliant idea, especially because of guests who may arrive late like myself. I had to walk to town to get a bottle of water, even though I was really tired, because I do not drink water directly from the tap unless it’s filtered.

Fabulous cottage in fabulous location. WWE all loved our stay here. The hot tub was a hit with us all, my husband loved the pool table and the dogs loved all the treats and dog throws. Lyn really has thought of everything, it was better equipped than my own home.

Nice central location for seeing the sights we chose to see…. St David’s, Solfach, Ramsey Island, Pentre Ivan, Cwm Eglwys, Bosherton Lily Ponds….all superb. Morrisons in Haverfordwest was very accessible . The bungalow was spacious, warm and comfortable.

It would have been handy before our stay to have been told if there was a hair drier…. Perhaps there was one that had gone missing? We bought one in B and M next to Morrisons. A little more colour in the decor would have appealed to this ‘artist’!

The location was great, right on the harbour. The pub and staff were very welcoming, efficient and accommodating. Cleanliness was very good. No problem with noise disturbing me during my stay which was on a Monday night.

No breakfast offer but complimentary foil wrapped croissants were a good replacement. There is a good breakfast cafe virtually next door - The Captains Table Cafe. No other negatives.

Amazing hotel in the middle of Grasmere. Quiet, relaxing, peaceful. Wonderful staff, exceptional service. We will definitely be back for another visit.
