This is a great spot in London. Claire was lovely and even personally came to welcome us and answer any questions we had when we arrived. The room was very clean and comfortable. It had everything you could need and more, even offering unused bamboo toothbrushes, an assortment of tea, toiletries and a fridge with bottled water. The TV had Netflix too, which was a fantastic bonus. The bedding was super soft, I was obsessed with the feel of the sheets. It was hard to leave the bed in the morning. The towels were also incredibly fluffy, no old worn out towels to be found. The location is excellent for Comic Con, only a twenty-minute walk. My partner and I will definitely stay here again if we are in the area. Thank you for a great stay Claire.

The place was amazing, great, friendly owners, and the dog is cool. Proper pub dog. The rooms were super clean and very nicely cleaned and set up well. Towels onsite and hairdryer, etc. The pub downstairs is an absolute pleasure to go down for food and breakfast it's great quality food, and once again, the pub is clean and tidy. Overall, we loved this place. And will be coming back again. Rooms was clean, and the pub was great, and the service was 110%, so friendly and welcoming to our family and full of local information 😀 no negative comments from us just positive

We received a warm, friendly welcome. A clean and well maintained room. A fridge and tea/coffee making facilities and some complementary shortbread biscuits were a nice touch. Beautiful scented shower soap, shampoo and conditioner. Very quiet location, comfortable beds, small enclosed patio, easy access to the carpark for packing and amazing food.

Relatively small thing, but when travelling for business it is important to get receipt for stay. There was no reception service on the morning and receipt is promised to send via email later. Next time I’ll ask receipt in the evening.

Faulty hot tap on the sink the room provided was opposite and above the kitchen and the delivery driver parked his van below my window with his engine on and either talking to someone on his phone or someone from the hotel
