Phoebe that works at the front desk went above and beyond to help customers who were disappointed with the very low quality of the hotel. Three women in front of me were about to raise a complaint since they felt deceived by the hotel's online photos and descriptions (not surprisingly) and Phoebe did her best to accommodate customers, changing the rooms, apologizing for low temperature in the room and lack of promised Wifi. Front desk personnel saved the situation.

Very old, tired rooms with security door chains in rooms. Rooms not refreshed for ages. Power plugs and switches need changing (as the whole electricity in the hotel). Bathrooms need refurbishing. Low temperature in the room, no access to Wifi. Photos available on Booking.com do not reflect reality.

The handover went really well via correspondence. The location is about 5 minutes walk from the bus stop. Price performance for London ok

The fire alarm in the hallway is very sensitive when you are cooking. Therefore, close the kitchen door.
