We booked three rooms at (Anchor guest house,10 west heath drive,holders green,London,NW 11 7QH) specifically requesting that they be adjacent to each other due to our family's needs. However, upon arrival, we were given only two rooms in close proximity, while the third room was located at a considerable distance from the others. Despite our request for cancellation, with the assurance of a refund, the promised reimbursement was never provided. When we followed up on the matter, not only were we met with excuses about the room being unsellable, but we also experienced extremely poor room service and unprofessional behavior from the staff when inquiring about the reimbursement. This lack of accountability, coupled with bad room service and disrespectful customer behavior, left us deeply disappointed with our experience at this hotel.

The hotel was just what I needed as I was working a couple of days in Clifton, the room was spotlessly clean, the breakfast was delicious and the staff (reception, housekeeping and restaurant) couldn't have been more kind and helpful.

I booked a single room but it was definitely tiny, I only needed it to sleep so was fine but for any longer than one night it would be a little uncomfortable.

Lovely friendly and exceptionally helpful staff, the breakfast was first class, absolutely delicious. The bed was super comfortable and the shopping facilities were super and a lovely surprise!

Road noise was the only issue, this due to proximity of busy road. However, it did prevent me going to sleep.

The use of space in the apartment was innovative and the kitchen was well equipped. Great location (Except on a Saturday night as restaurant nearby was noisy) and St Neots great.

I didn't get good check in instructions - through no fault of the host she was lovely and was available to help me when I needed it. Just couldn't find the check in instructions or property description about parking on Booking.com so was a little lost when I arrived! A warning about the steps down in to the property would also have been helpful.

We had a drink in the bar and were given popcorn, which we assumed was complimentary but we were charged £5 for that or for service, certanly more than the wine list indicated.
