Room was spotless the bed was huge ..bedding was spotless and the facilities are amazing cannot wait to use that spa again! , lovely staff throughout the hotel from start to finish!,made us feel welcome and comfortable although we brought our own towels they did notify us that they provide towels we could use and encouraged us to use theirs to save on washing ours when we got home!great value for money and highly recommend to book breakfast with your stay as that is amazing! definitely will be back again

Have stayed here before and it’s always been good, on this occasion I accidentally booked the wrong day for another hotel we was gonna stay at but they had no availability for the day that I was meant to book, thankfully I thought of the Hampton and off we went to see if they had any rooms witch thankfully they did! I don’t remember the girls name on reception but we have the same phone case (love heart on the back!) she was very helpful and got us checked in, breakfast was lovely!

Well equipped studio accommodation. Comfortable bed, large wet room, fully equipped kitchen area with dishwasher. Laundry facilities on site but didn’t use. Lovely personal patio area with table and chairs; low fenced off option chosen to accommodate my dog. Bread, milk, cereals and more provided.

Excellent location with parking available on road in front of house. House was well decorated and had plenty of space. Lovely touch to provide some goodies for our arrival. Good outside sitting areas to catch a bit of sun.

Can’t think of anything we didn’t like, except for the water stoppage on the morning of our departure, which covered the whole of Aldeburgh. Could do with some outside cushion pads for the seats

The bed was very small and the room minimal. Not sure why we were put in a disabled room - shower, etc was designed for people with restricted mobility. i suppose we could have queried this but the check-in was very busy and we were tired and had an appointment to rush to. It was very expensive for what it was…

The odd, picky, limitations at breakfast. You could have cereals before a cooked breakfast, but if you had porridge - the equivalent of Cereal - you could not have anything else cooked!!!

Quilts were smelling a bit damp and few bits of stains on the quilts which was a bit off putting, I also forgot to take an iron so was hoping there would be one. Also there’s cameras all around the caravan so kind of felt we was being watched the whole time. But still was brilliant value and excellent communication and great value. I would deffo be back and recommend to others!

The neighbours room, too close heard every word of the arguments & ring tone on their phone constantly going off at 11pm. The toilet roll holder slanted & half hanging off the wall, forever picking it up. Toilet seat stained and far too many steps in & around the hotel.
