  Great large apartment, almost like a townhouse really - spacious and clean and detailed instructions on access. Responsive staff as well if you needed anything. Comfortable and a great place to stay in Stow on the Wold! Free parking opposite a real help too.

  Oven dial info had all rubbed off and no manual for the oven (manuals for everything else) so had to call staff to work out how to use it. Very responsive though and easy fixed.

  Amazing location and beautiful scenery. The decor throughout fitted perfectly and our room was lovely and clean. The staff were pleasant and the breakfast was fantastic compliments to the chef.

  We did have a few issues that we're overlooked Shower not working properly No water in the hand basin and no spoons to make a drink...However I'm sure that will be perfect next time
