  Location was fabulous. The site is really lovely and easy access to lots of different locations. Crantock Beach which is 5 mins away is breath taking. Fiscal beach only minutes away is beautiful. The caravan is really spacious and comfortable.We went to Falmouth one day and took a ferry over to St Mawes. Absolutely beautiful. The weather was gorgeous. We will definitely be back.

  The shower is so small that I with 125 KG can not pass the narrow gap of the glass door . So I could not use this facility . The room is too small .

  Food was all right, bed was clean and comfortable.

  I know it is only a three start hotel, but, the toilet roll holder fell off the wall. The shower tray had sunk at the back and there was a gap of at least half an inch between it and the tiling above. One of the window curtain linings had split from top to bottom and was obviously rotten. The room could also do with redecorating. It seems that no-one checks the rooms for faults. If I were management, I would be ashamed.

  Very basic room. Power sockets not well thought out. Step between bedroom and bathroom which could cause a trip hazard. Guest information unavailable in the rooms. I missed breakfast on the second day as I assumed the timings would be the same as the day before. They weren't, and it turns out they were communicated upon arrival along with a plethora of other information, so unsurprisingly I did not remember. An A4 sheet with relevant information in the room would resolve this.
