When guests stay at the property they check out how quiet the room is, how friendly the staff are and more.

After their trip, guests tell us about their stay. We check for naughty words and verify the authenticity of all guest reviews before adding them to our site.

This was a fantastic retreat in the Lake District. It is an attached accommodation to the main house, but heard no noise at all. Great for a family with a large double room upstairs and a twin room downstairs. Very nice sitting room to relax in, play games, have tea, etc. It is surrounded by fields with several dozen sheep and amazing views of the region. Very clean, well appointed kitchen, and a short drive to Keswick (not walkable if you are getting groceries, etc).

No complaints - it was one of our favourite locations to stay on the whole trip.

Absolutely nothing we left as soon as we could get other accommodation and have had serious issues trying to contact booking.com and the accommodation rooms

Seriously unsafe Absolutely putrid and dirty unclean The stairs no lift and lighting that was automatic but didn’t come on till you were nearly at top of stairs Locks on rooms faulty so we wedged cases between door and bed to try and sleep because we were sick No staff at facility at all couldn’t contact anyone to get help assistance or refunds

Amazing location to the city and all its shops and restaurants. The look of the property was nice also, I think there should be more Ibis styles.

The only issue we had was the drain in the shower dint drain well so the shower kept over flowing. That’s the only down side of our stay really other then that was an amazing stay.

The staff at the cultra in and spa need to be more welcoming and friendly. Asked for Spa treatments and was told to check online. Walked in to Cultra Inn and no one bothered to attend to us. We ended up eating at the fine dining and bar for both nights. Don't think I will go back to the hotel again. Told house keeping our kettle was not working and they did not check or replace. No replacement of capsules for coffee machine and bottled water.
