Location was in town centre so very convenient for exploring the town and entertainment. The room was clean and comfortable and nicely decorated. Heating level was perfect. The bathroom was nicely fitted out and the powerful shower was excellent. Receptionist was courteous and helpful.

It wasn’t clear where the public entrance to the rooms was so after some walking up and down the street and I couldn’t see a sigh for accommodation. I entered the public bar for help, the barman was helpful and directed me to the reception which was accessed by stairs through the public bar. Cold snack type breakfast was packed in a bag and left at the room door which I suppose was adequate. Only one chair in the double room and there was no table to eat the breakfast on. Trying to eat it on the end of the bed with a hot coffee wasn’t comfortable. Ability to draw the curtain and open the window while having breakfast on that lovely sunny morning would have been nice. Both ends of the street had security gates which would prevent access if returning from a late night function outside of the Main Street complex.

Breakfast was excellent - good choice, excellent quality. The room was just big enough, but the bathroom was enormous with shower over bath and everything you would expect. Everywhere was lovely and clean. Tracy and Simon are very friendly and helpful. Overall an excellent stay.

Excellent location and well equipped flat. Easy to access using the lockbox and quiet generally. Kitchen with oven and hob. Great TV.

Awkward to get into the doors at the bottom given how they open. Can be hard to park close to the flat. A couple of the bulbs in the bedroom/sitting room were near the end of their life and flickered.

Easy access to the grounds where we could exercise our dog. The room was clean and of a good size

Having meals in the lounge with our dog was fine. However we were seated far away from the kitchen and restaurant which meant staff were not around unless bringing our food. Poor communication between the reception and kitchen meant there was no table set for breakfast on the first morning. Toast and coffee were given to us with no butter or milk. By the time staff arrived with our breakfast the coffee and toast were cold. I would have expected an offer to replace these which was not made We were the only people dining in this huge lounge
