This was an exceptional accomodation. The room was spacious, clean, beautiful. The bed was comfortable, the shower - oh! That was the best part. And there is a lounge room with a comfortable couch and a tv for evening relaxation. It's very quiet at night, which was appreciated. The property is situated in a remote location, but still easily accessable, the hostess provides all the information needed to have a lovely stay. Without even asking, we got recommendations to the best local cafes and restaurants, suggestions on where to go, what to see and how to manage it all.

The lack of a kitchen(for cooking) is felt, but we were given enough alternatives. Besides, you could always make yourself a cup of tea in the main kitchen, which in most cases is all that is needed.

Clean, comfortable and well-equipped, with thoughtful touches such as milk in the fridge on arrival. Have stayed here on several occasions now and find it an excellent place to stay.

Appreciated that it is a historic building which makes things difficult but the ensuite was tiny especially the shower, that did not have anywhere to put shower gel etc.

The rooms hadn't been cleaned since the previous occupant. Smelt horrible and everything about it made me feel uncomfortable. I then had to spend an hour trying to find last minute accommodation else where because I was so upset by everything. A truly awful experience for which they are, so far, refusing to refund my money even though they agreed last night to a full refund. I was only in the property for a maximum of 10mins, I absolutely could not stay there.
