The only way to leave a review is to first make a booking. That's how we know our reviews come from real guests who have stayed at the property.
2
When guests stay at the property they check out how quiet the room is, how friendly the staff are and more.

After their trip, guests tell us about their stay. We check for naughty words and verify the authenticity of all guest reviews before adding them to our site.

The smell of raw sewage coming from an open manhole inside the building was lovely. The run down exterior appearance at this property had the quaint charm of a crack den. The broken glass outside my room where a window had been replaced did not fill me with confidence that I could leave any belongings here safely. The kicked in back door which was broken and then screwed shut filled me with confidence that all fire and safety procedures were being followed to the fullest.

Booked 3 rooms, only 2 were available, the host said one of my guests would have to wait in one of our rooms until he arrived later which would be 4 or 5 hours... 8-9pm No TV's in the rooms or air-conditioning, my room had an old towel in it, I don't know if it was clean or not, I didn't want to touch it! One of my guests didn't even have a towel. I can't tell you enough to avoid this place, it's not what it says it is, we left immediately and I am now over £300 down, it's a rip off, bedroom 2 is next to the garage entrance and you will find an open manhole which is blocked with god knows what, though judging by the smell which fills the property it's probably turds. I have seen properties on Homes Under The Hammer which are in better condition than this before they have been renovated. Please unless you are suffering from domestic abuse and need somewhere immediately avoid this place at all costs.

The cottage is excellent, cosy, clean and tidy on arrival, thoughtfully laid out and well appointed with anything you could need, plenty of cooking facilities, comfy beds and ensuite bathrooms. Location is good being only a short walk to the station for buses to Poole and Weymouth plus the heritage railway to Corfe. The town centre and beach is a 10 minute walk away.

Excellent B n B. The full English breakfast was first class. Spacious and well equipped room. It's next door to a real ale pub.

Great location, very quiet. Plenty of parking. Plenty of shops nearby, including places to eat. Staff were super friendly.

Unfortunately, all windows don’t open (or even have the option to). This means there is an awful smell that can be quite overwhelming at times. Air fresheners couldn’t fix this issue for us. We had to light up some incense sticks, which helped.

There was an odd clunking sound coming from the water tank cupboard, it happened every 90 seconds all evening. I think it was air in the system or something, later after I had run the taps the noise moved to the bathroom where I couldn’t hear it so much.
