Staff were great room was clean but pillows were uncomfortable they were exchanged but still not the best. Double bed was two singles pushed together so not the comfiest in our opinion. We were here for three night stay so would have ber nice to have bottled water in the room instead of purchasing tiny bottles at the bar area. Overall because of staff and location we would reccomend this hotel.

Breakfast excellent. Poor staff levels, one young girl doing everything front of house. Went out to eat in the evening because first night we couldn’t find anyone. Think they are more a lunchtime place.someone walked into sliding glass door, no manifestation on it.

The staff was very friendly, the check in process was smooth, has free car parking out side the door, the breakfast was good. The property was clean, beds were comfortable, has three beds was convenient for light sleepers.

The rooms were very small, hardly can open the luggage, the only bathroom was inside the main room, very disturbing the person who slept in the main room.

The quality of the buildings and other facilities was exceptional. In speaking to contractors on site I understand the Arms are regularly maintained and updated and the results show. All of the staff were very helpful.

All great except the steep and narrow stairs to the apartment. Very difficult for large bags and elderly. Otherwise very good. Good internet.

They charge extra for everything, the internet in the room is charged extra per device, otherwise go to the lobby, but the connection was not even good, so I had to pay twice to connect laptop and phone (also because the signal of my mobile data wasn’t working inside the hotel, I was forced to buy internet for me phone too)

The room was hot, the walls were so thin I could hear the person in the next room using the toilet. The pub was noisy. The sheets were dirty. the bathroom was tiny, smelly and generally unclean, and it floods if you spend more than 2 mins in the shower. the sink was so small you struggled to fill the kettle up. The bedside lamps had dodgy wiring and wouldn't turn on unless you wiggled the wires, No pat testing labels.

We paid for a larger room but it was still very small, the window wouldn't open so we couldn't get any fresh air or cool the room, the room design was to put it politely quirky and the bed was very uncomfortable.

The room was old, there were dents in the walls and paint was flaking off. There were only 3 plugs, 2 by the door with no desk or stand, and 1 by the TV which was used for the fan because the room was so hot. The wifi only reached to the door so to use it, you have to drag the chair and sit by the door.
