The apartment is next to the beach, across a small road. There is almost no traffic on the road. Fish, fruit, very tasty watermelons are transported in cars. You will have 2 sunbeds and an umbrella on the beach. Walk 6 minutes to a new large discount supermarket with good prices. This is a family business. A very nice, friendly family. So nice. Thank you”

  Fantastic staff, customer service is second to none! Very helpful staff who are on hand to help whenever needed. Lovely sized room which was very kindly upgraded for me by Hassan on reception. Nice breakfast options, and generally fantastic value for money, I extended my stay numerous times due to changing plans and it was very straightforward. Emily and Hassan both made sure I kept the same room each time. Hotel is close to the town centre and there are other shops close by. This will be my go to hotel in Torquay from now on. Thank you for your help guys, it’s much appreciated!

  Mike and Caroline could not have been nicer! We had car trouble and they helped us out, offering to take us shopping and allowing us to check out late while we waited for the AA. The apartment is really clean and comfortable, and nicely decorated. Good kitchen facilities. The location in North Cardiff was really convenient for us and it's easy to find near the M4.

  Host, Liz was welcoming, friendly and helpful. The bed was very comfortable. Happy and on hand to help with requests and set up the fire pit for us to sit out in the evening. Breakfast was perfect with a range of options. Bathroom/bedroom equipped with all toiletries and little accessories. 100% recommend for a peaceful getaway!

  The pillows were awful - so uncomfortable I struggled to sleep. And while the staff member who greeted me was lovely, without prompt she 'upgraded' me to a window room and the window let light in right into the headboard side so sleep without a blackout mask would be impossible. Even with the window blind down, because the window is a deep recess it was like a magnifier of light. I ended up with only a few hours sleep, defeating the purpose of my stay to get more than commuting in...
