Value for money. The staff were fantastic, friendly and helpful. They couldn't have been more accommodating. They made our visit very enjoyable. The breakfast and evening meal was also lovely and again we were well looked after by all the staff. Thank you! Plenty of parking too and a great location.. We would certainly stay there again if we returned to Newmarket.

The site is extensive and tranquil, but within easy reach of Chipping Norton. Everywhere was very well tended. We were delighted with the spaciousness of our studio room with patio with chairs and loungers overlooking the golf course. Very comfortable bed. My husband has issues with mobility, but everywhere was easily accessible with lifts where necessary

The restaurant menu was rather limited, but the quality and presentation of the food was excellent. As the hotel focuses on golf, expect the bar area to have a cheery post golf round atmosphere. The plumbing in our apartment could be a little noisy.

Lovely little room 2 minutes away from the channel tunnel was perfect for what we needed before our Europe trip! Was essential for us to have somewhere safe for our dog to also stay too so this was perfect. Beautiful scenery around too.

Great location, beautifully refurbished and very well equipped. Parking was easy and inexpensive in the car park across the street. The outdoor space was a bonus which we used even though it wasn't particularly warm.

The road noise at the front of the house and the fact that we could hear the neighbours through the walls at times was the only downside. But given the facilities and location that was a minor inconvenience.

That rooms have doors leading to adjoining rooms which meant that you could hear other people shouting! Didn’t seem to be sound proofed well enough as could hear people outside the room in the corridor
