The location of the hotel is perfect if you’re planning on traveling around in London. 2 minutes from Earls Court! If you’re up for a walk it’s possible to reach both Holland Park and Kensington Gardens in less than 20 minutes. The staff was very nice and accommodating, especially one young man named Sagar! Very helpful and kind! The bed was comfortable! This is the perfect hotel if you’re not planning on hanging out in your room 24/7!

It could have been more clean and fresh, there is a lingering smell of mold and there was a really bad smell coming from the bathroom originating from the floor drain. We asked Sagar for help and he solved the problem! The room looks a lot bigger in the pictures

This time the beer garden closed at 10.30. Our room was on the ground floor and so was noisy until the beer garden closed. In the past it closed much later

I don't know where to start, it's a joke! Hotel branded water bottle was a scam, chemical analysis did not match the nestle water label under the fake label, (illegal I think) Room and hotel are falling apart, I think it should be inspected by someone who can close it down until it's made safe. I would not stay here for free, definitely not pay to stay in such a shambles. There is no way to put into words of how much it annoyed me paying to stay in a place that looked like it was renovated by a child with crayons. So unprofessional and dangerous, bare wires exposed outside, where lights were or will be in the future, but even if they are not live, it's not good to see things like this.
