The only good thing is that it very close to the city centre. Received an instruction how to enter the property. However, I was shocked how It’s smells and it’s so dirty. I never stayed in an accommodation like this. I couldn’t sleep all night.

I booked two rooms. No1 and No3. Size wise the rooms are ok but there is this smell coming out of the toilets. When I looked in the toilet I was shocked and supposed how it was dirty. The toilet seat is broken, the shower borders are so dirty that I found someone’s pubic hair. (Disgusting)

Staff at reception and breakfast were friendly and helpful. Quality and variety of breakfast was great including cooked options. The area is very quiet and peaceful. Bed was comfortable.

The shower was in the bath making it difficult to get in and out and once in the bath it was impossible to stand under the shower without bending over with a risk of falling on the slippery surface. The toilet seat wasn't secured so moved when sitting down. Not much storage space in the room.

The room was lovely. As was the bar and the food. Also the staff were very friendly. We never got a chance to try the shower or bath unfortunately.

As a private person personally, I like a proper wall with door on a bathroom, not curtains. Also I'm assuming there were people cleaning the windows and door well before departure time, which not only woke us up as we could hear their conversations in full.. when it came to cleaning the door we felt someone was about to walk into our room which made us anxious.

Staff members were so welcoming and professional the carvary was fantastic glad we booked a table though it was very busy breakfast was very good

When my partner and I checked in and went to our room at first it wasn't or it didn't look too bad. However you could tell that it needed to be updated. It was dusty not clean even the bathroom was not that clean. And for what we paid for it definitely not worth the money. And we won't be staying there again.

Unfortunately some issues with unavailability of some breakfast items, no yogurt or fruit. Bacon not crispy as described on the menu. No usb ports on the wall sockets.

The front of house service / woman was negative and miserable. The breakfast was shocking for a Scottish full breakfast, especially the uncooked toast and frozen sausage at best, and one of each item was tight. The "bistro" was lacking variety and couldn't eat more than one meal here due to choice on menu. Also, there is nowhere to sit inside and chill with a drink since last stay it's changed, but the fact the hotel is on volcano heat level all the time even in cold weather is uncomfortable for sure. Not family friendly either. Also, stairs for elderly there's no help offered to room. On many occasions, residents are unable to book a table to eat if they arrive late. Unstaffed and badly managed for sure for the price of rooms.
