Evidently poorly maintained, whether: 1. Extreme & repeated difficulty opening locks to air stuffy lounge’s only (white double) doors onto garden; 2. unmaintained gaps around chain link (supposedly ‘fully secure’) perimeter fence, allowing our dog to repeatedly escape this supposed ‘pet-friendly’ property - alarmingly onto a busy adjoining road. Poorly prepared for ‘Luxury’ rental - specifically: 3. Neither double fridge nor freezer compartments were at all cold on arrival, spoiling meal & drinks prep for hours (wasting only sunny afternoon); 4. no garden furniture to enjoy relaxing outside with family & friends; 5. no basic helpful info / welcome pack on arrival (so no WiFi password details / no appliance guides / no local conveniences & no local tourism tips whatsoever); 6. Lack of basic kindling / fire starters - just long matches & large logs available for the uncleaned woodburner) meaning the advertised ‘Fireplace’ was unusable 7. No advance tips on anything customers should bring - especially as no shops / convenience stores anywhere nearby). 8. Half-consumed containers of milk & sparkling wine left open in fridge (unhygenic & hardly ‘luxury). Worse though, very poor customer service communications - before, during & after our stay: 9. Received FIVE duplicate messages detailing same scant info with a mobile telephone & email for a mis-matching main contact; 10. Notably slow replies to time-sensitive queries: (a) it took owners 1.5 days to even acknowledge or reply to 1pm arrival request (specifically to plan food preparation for elderly relative & children); (b) it took owners 3.5 hours of missed messages & a further chase up phone call for owners to finally reply to first concerns on arrival; (c) later took owners over 2 days to acknowledge or reply to our subsequent complaint & required follow-up text; (d) took owners 4.5 days for owners to offer to return girls lost property. 11.

Shower temperature was very unpredictable it changed from very hot to cold with no warning .the cushions on the settee in the courtyard was mouldy and stained I could not sit on it .
