Property was easy to find and had lovely decor, perfect sizing and had all needed amenities. Was comfortable to stay in, nice and quiet location but close to town to be able to walk. Parking was ample and easily sign posted, communication with owner was also excellent and to access the property the key pad was an easy touch,

The shower screen leaked every usage and the property although nice needed a more thorough clean prior to our arrival as there was loads of dust and dirty build up on skirting boards and flooring. There was also no hand soap in kitchen or bathroom which I would expect in an apartment for hygiene reasons, I’ve never stayed in an apartment prior where a toilet had no hand soap and this isn’t something you would pack when booking a property on booking.com

The breakfast was great. They had extra vegetarian options which were appreciated. The bar and lounging areas throughout the main floor were wonderful. It was lovely to have a drink by the fireplace. The grounds were also nice to walk through.

The room hotter than hades. It was awful. It wasn't the cleanest either. Frankly, I feel like we overpaid for this stay.

Bedrooms need up dating but I think property’s being renovated at present as bar and dinning area very good No breakfast available but due to close location to town this was not a problem food only available on first night but again we were told by staff about a lovely restaurant very close to hotel

The room smelt of smoke, the staff was horrible the wouldn't give you clean water for my baby, they wouldn't warm up the babys bottle in the microwave, they wanted us to use the tap water but it states it's not drinking water so I wasn't putting that all over a babys bottle who has mouth problems
