The hotel room is big with kitchen, living room and 2 balconies and most importantly comes with washing machine, drying rack, oven and dishwasher. Bathroom is huge with 2 basins. Property is well kept and very clean. Staff is also very friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend for anyone for stay at this apartment.”

  Really friendly welcome and a free upgrade to a sea view room which was such a nice surprise. Room was clean and comfortable with tea/coffee making facilities and a fridge. Very comfy bed we both slept very well. Owners are very friendly and helped with restaurant recommendations and let us use a bottle opener for our wine. Breakfast choice was great and the full English a very good standard. Will definitely stay here again when we come back to Newquay. Thankyou so much!

  Excellent price, room was as described in size, but price reflected that. Very clean, bathroom separate as described but a private, it was excellent just the next room along and was decorated to a very high standard which I would have been happy with in any hotel. Unfortunately could not try Niks greek restaurant which was closed Monday and Tuesday but a takeaway opposite, and the room does have cutlery plates dishes and mugs so easy to eat inside.

  Loved the cleanliness considering it is pet friendly. The views in the conservatory and garden was stunning. Felt so safe there. The owners was lovely to chat to. Would highly recommend this property for a holiday to explore Wiltshire.

  The location was fantastic, right next to Mathew Street. Plenty of shops around. The apartment was lovely, very clean, great facilities.

  The bedroom windows are sealed shut and there was no fan so made for a very uncomfortable night's sleep due it being so hot! Also, the fire alarm went off at 7am (there was no fire)

  Much smaller than we expected tho beautifully decorated and ornate throughout. Would be ideal for a young couple but we usually cook meals and have young grandsons for breakfast and this was impossible.
